Low-Power Analog and Mixed-Signal IC for IoT Applications
Low-power analog and mixed-signal ICs are still a hot topic for IoT applications. Micro-watt or even nano-watt amplifiers and ADCs are required for this kind of application.
In APIC, we currently work on low-power image sensors for IoT monitoring and low-power PV energy harvester.
We plan to expand this research topic in the short future.
